Refund and Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their Amara subscription by contacting support.

Suggested early policy:

• Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing date.
• No long contract during early rollout unless agreed separately.
• Setup fees, if charged, are normally non-refundable once setup work has started.
• Subscription payments already made are normally non-refundable unless required by law or agreed as a goodwill gesture.
• Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period.

This is an early working cancellation policy and should be reviewed before legal reliance.
